ENVIROMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

Sidney Raines Ltd seeks excellence in every aspect of our business and is committed to minimise where commercial viable the environmental impacts of our business.

We monitor all our utilities on a daily basis to ensure efficient use highlighting any problem areas. Energy use is a constantly evolving and where possible usage is kept to a minimum by encouraging staff members and clients using the facilities to only use what energy is necessary to perform their tasks.

The re-cycling of waste is strictly adhered to by the segregation of paper, cardboard from general waste. Other products such printer cartridges are separated and passed on for re-use.

Promote awareness amongst our staff of the environmental impact of travel and encourage the use of relevant technology to reduce the need for excessive travelling.

Risk Assessments are carried out at regular intervals to ensure the safe and appropriate usage of all the above.

The offices have a energy performance certificate (EPC) from the Government which shows our compliance with the relevant existing environmental legislations.
